Can I cancel my free trial?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and that includes free trials.

  1. Hover on your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Go to the tab Subscription Settings.
  4. Click Cancel

    Or you can simply access this link and click Cancel.

When you cancel your account, the effect isn’t immediate. It will take place before the next payment or before the subscription starts in case of trials.

Users can use the time they have left on the subscription or trial period.

To avoid any undesired charges, we recommend canceling the subscription 24 hours before the trial ends or the next due date.
