There are two different scenarios when our clients ask us for an invoice:
You’re in the 7-day free trial
If you have subscribed less than 7 days ago, you’re still on the free trial.
That means no charges have been applied to your credit card – hence, it’s still not possible for us to give you an invoice for that.
Your 7-day trial is finished and you have already been charged for your Ubersuggest PRO Subscription
As soon as the trial period ends you should get a receipt automatically sent to you by email.
Suppose you don’t require any specific information on the invoice. You can go here https://app.neilpatel.com/en/settings/billing and download your invoices.
In case you do need any additional information on your invoices such as your company name, information, VAT number, and anything else that you need to have included in the invoice, you can add it in the billing information section.
